Shipping policy

Because of the nature of the postal system, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We do, however, take great care to ensure that packages are handed over to the carrier well before the expected due date.

Once the package is with the carrier, any changes to the estimated delivery date are beyond our control.

We recognize the importance of the milestones for which we’re creating these pieces, and we make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, once the package leaves our office, we cannot control any unforeseen circumstances that may affect its arrival.
